Bing and Rainier. Bing has long
been the eating and canning standard. The Rainier has a yellow
and red skin. It has a very light sweet taste. Cherry season runs
from June thru July. |

| Peaches
& Nectarines |

We have some delicious
white and yellow flesh varieties planned. Very sweet in taste
and red in color, these varieties are considered the next generation
of peaches. Our freestone peaches are in peak season for eating and canning July - September. Peach season runs from early June thru October. |
| Asian
Pears |
|
Hosui and Shinko Asian Pears are
two excellent sweet crispy and juicy varieties we offer. Hosui
is available late August thru October. Shinko is available October
thru December. |
| Pears |

Bartlett, Bosc and El Dorado pears
are grown on our ranch. Bartletts are available mid August thru
October. Bosc and El Dorado pears are available October thru
December. Watch for our Bartlett Pear canning sale, which usually
runs the month of September. |
| Pluots & Plums |
 |
Pluots are the new Plum/Apricot
cross fruit. They are very dark purple in color and sweet in
taste. Available July - September. Our summer plums
start in July and run thru September. |
| Blackberries |

We grow summer blackberries and
fall blackberries. The summer blackberries start in late June
and run thru July. These varieties are smaller in size and tart
in flavor. Our fall blackberries start in August and run thru
September. These berries are very large and very sweet. They
are wonderful for eating, jams and pie. |
| Persimmons |
|
We grow two types, the Hichiya
and the Fuyu. The Hichiya variety is known for cooking. The Fuyu
variety is known as the apple persimmon. It is best eaten out
of hand. Persimmons are very good dried. Persimmons are available
early November. |
| Summer
Vegetables |

Sweet White and Yellow Corn, Vine
Ripe Tomatoes start in June. Cucumbers, Summer Squash, Red and
Yellow potatoes and Green Beans are available July thru October. |
| Fall

Winter Squash, Yams, and Sweet Potatoes.

| Chestnuts |

Our crop comes in when they fall
from the trees. Usually by mid November. |
| Pumpkins |

Our u-pick pumpkin patch is open
by the first of October. We plan on having pumpkins available
thru November this year. |

Our Fresh sweet melons will
start in June and will be available till October. |
